Do you run outside with your ring?

I don't wear my ring when I exercise at all. I get REALLY hot and my fingers swell so bad to the point I can't move my ring.

We got silicone rings for working out, cleaning, travel, etc. so we don't put our real rings at risk for damage or theft. Also, DH is a mechanic so he wears the silicone to work as well. You can find a variety of colors on Amazon in men's and women's sizes. Also, make sure your ring is insured!

I take my engagement ring off but not my wedding band. My engagement ring is a pearl so it's a little more delicate than other rings. My band is a plain white gold band so I feel ok running in it. I don't usually do weights in my band but let's be honest. I don't think I've been running or to the gym in 3 months....:

I think it would be fine. You are running anyways so it's probably harder to tell you are wearing one

Jesus, I have a hard enough time figuring out what to do with my keys when I exercise, nevermind a gun.

I don't go for runs, but I do go hiking and I take it off when I hike

No for that very purpose. I dont walk with my jewelry.

I take it off with any exercise or anything active really
