Do You Sleep with Your Ring or Rings On?

Yes. I don't take them off unless I'm taking a shower. I did take them off the other day to rake the yard and forgot to put them back on, so that was yet another lesson to never take them off.

I barely wear my e ring either way I work in health care so I never get to wear it and when I'm at home nobody sees me lol. I have a fake band that I wear so people can see I have a ring on the finger

Sometimes I take it off as soon as I get home and I know I'm not going back out. Don't wear it sleeping, cooking, cleaning, showering swimming, and at the beach.

It's a smooth band with no stones, so there's no reason for it to be uncomfortable or catch on things, and the less often I take it off the less effort I have to put into remembering where I left it.

No. I inherited my mom's skin and, even with 18 qt gold, I am slightly allergic to them! If I fall asleep with my rings on, I wake up with an itchy rash. I basically only wear my rings when I leave the house.

I keep mine on 24/7! I lose everything so I rather not risk it! Although I try not to wear it at the gym since I don't want to ruin it with the weights

I can't sleep with any jewelry on except earrings. My fingers swell up a bit at night and it would not be comfortable. Also, I would be worried about it snagging on things or scratching my face or DH.
