Do you wear your wedding/ engagement ring all the time?

I always take off my ring when I get home and put it on when I go out. I'm worried about damaging my diamond with cleaning, showering, banging it around and I just don't feel comfortable sleeping with it on and snagging my sheets and pillows.

However, would it be ok to wear my wedding band all the time? It has diamond around the top of the band but it doesn't snag, what do you guys do, because there are times I run out to walmart or I'm late for work and I forget my ring and my hand feels naked all day.

I dont wear jewelry at home. I take off my rings as soon as i get home. Sometimes on the weekends I forget to put on it when we leave cuz ive been lounging around the house all day.

I take my wedding band off when I get home and put it on when I go out. I hate cleaning/cooking with jewelry on. I also don't wear it at the gym.

I never take off my engagement ring except when doing dishes or bathing. Not even in the gym. My gloves are snug and cover the ring so I feel safe with it there. Been engaged since Sept and when I do remove it, I feel as if something is missing lol as I touch it all the time. It's slightly loose and makes me happy fiddling with it all the time. PS not loose enough to fall off.

I take mine off to sleep and shower. I used to work in jewelry and I would regularly deal with people who lost their diamond doing those activities. You should also take them off if your doing any manual labor or cleaning. Chemicals can ruin your ring.

I wear my wedding band all the time, but it doesn't have any diamonds on it, so there's no risk of damaging diamonds or catching on anything. I only wear my engagement ring when we go out. It's a solitaire and the diamond really stands out, so I couldn't wear it around the house.

I only take mine off when I'm cleaning with chemicals, dying my hair, or doing any type of cooking with my hands (making dough, ect.)

I only take mine off to put on lotion, apply hair product or if I'm cleaning with chemicals. Otherwise I never take it off.

I wear it most of the time. I do take it off for: sleeping, working out, and cleaning. Otherwise, it's on from the moment I wake up til bed time! It's REALLY unlikely that you would damage the diamond. The only wear and tear I have on my ring so far is to the gold.

You'd be hard pressed to damage a diamond; that's the point. It's incredibly hard and durable.

I wear mine all the time. But I told FH that I like bezel settings and something low on my hand so that it didn't snag or things like that. Actually, I take it off when cleaning with any harsh chemicals (not often).

I intend to pick a wedding band that looks good without the e-ring though. So that I can wear just the band at the times.

I never take the wedding bad off, stopped wearing my e-ring though. In Spain women only wear the band after getting married (if they even do e-rings), so it felt kinda flashy. I only wear it when I'm in the US now, and even then I take it off in the house.

I have two wedding bands. One with diamonds that goes with my ER. I wear these when I leave the house. At home I were a plain band that matches my husbands and I do everything in it.

I used to take it off when I showered, slept, cooked, washed dishes, but now I just tend to keep it on. It's insured if anything happens to it, it gets taken to the jewelry store to get cleaned once a month, i'm a little ocd, and they check the setting and everything while I'm there. I think the only time i'd take it off now is when I'm lifting weights or using super harsh chemicals, i don't include dish soap in this.

I hate cooking with my ring on. As soon as I come in the house, I usually take it off.
