Someone gave us a Tardis (the timeship they use in the show) tea pot. It's awesome. It might have been from Think Geek.

Definitely anything esty riversong and the doctor related. That's the most to do with the doctor and marriage. Anything that says hello sweetie she'll love and would kinda be wedding related. And not exactly wedding related but the epi the time travelers wife is about the doctor and the tardis. Or if she's a hardcore classic who fan you could always make her a nice package that looks weddingish but on the inside has jelly baby candies and a stripped scarf, she's love it.
