Does anyone know what the phone number for Wedding Wire customer service?

I am having serious issues with my wedding website. My Save the Dates are out and my website formatting changed on it own literally overnight and people cant see my engagement photos or my registry. I need this fixed ASAP!!!!! I tested the website on my laptop and mobile and all issues I stated I am having on both views.


Now its a vertical menu instead of all horizontal at the top. Plus I had the background color of the menu in black with white font color. When I logged on today you could not even see the menu. The font and background color were both black so I had to change it to this gold so people could see it. I should not have had to do this...I hate this format and I did not even change it!!!Does anyone know what the phone number for Wedding Wire customer service? 1

My photos are all faded out??? when you go to click on the photo the mouse (arrow) turns into circle with line through it and then finally the picture then comes up in color.Does anyone know what the phone number for Wedding Wire customer service? 2

My wedding registry is so minimized you cant even see it. Does anyone know what the phone number for Wedding Wire customer service? 3

    Hello,

    I am wondering why a review I submitted for Medusa's Mane in Key Largo inexplicably disappeared. I have sent two emails to Wedding Wire. I have such an egregious experience I would really love to be transparent and help others from going through what I did.

    Hello I received one extremely generic email, responded and have been ignored ever since by Wedding Wire. I sought Wedding Wire as a transparent tool when I was planning my own wedding and it is only the right thing or me to do to share the egregious and 100% truthful experience I had utilizing the vendor Medusa's Mane. My comment was deleted with absolutely no explantation. Such an imbalanced selection of reviews by Wedding Wire does a tremendous disservice to brides seeking honest and transparent reviews, and I look forward to pursuing this matter further.

    Ive experienced the same thing when I left a review for the warehouse on ivy using wedding wire. Seems like they cater to the vendor and will removed bad ratings at their request without proper investigation. It’s especially disappointing considering their terms and conditions state they don’t allow vendors who are discriminatory yet the warehouse in ivy in winston Salem NC has openly refused to host LGBT+ weddings and they continue to allow them to advertise on their site and quickly remove their bad reviews. Shameful.

    I had a similarly poor and frustrating experience attempting to have a negative review republished. After the vendor reported it, I followed up multiple times to provide proof and learned that the support account was being sunset and the account that replied (the knot inquiry) should be used. The support staff also shared that the vendor actually hadn’t responded by the deadline and that the review should be back up on the page. This never happened and attempts to resolve the issue since have received silence from Wedding Wire. The effort to support brides shouldn’t stop at the wedding day.

    I reviewed a venue in which we had a terrible experience as well. It was deleted within a day. Not sure if the venue is able to delete our reviews or this is done by Wedding Wire. Regardless, brides cannot count on getting information in order to select which vendors they choose to do business with.
