Does your wedding date have a special meaning?

We are getting married on 06.15.2019, my parents were married 06.15.1996....and have had a great happy marriage since!

It's the same day we started dating. We both have bad memories so we decided to just stuck eith what we already remember.

Nope! We decided we wanted to do it in June so the weather would be warm, but the date itself was determined by our venue's availability. Our venue does bookings exactly 12 months in advance, beginning on the first day of the month (which means the first of every month is a mad rush of people calling to book their date before someone else does). So the earliest we could book our June 2018 wedding was June 1st, 2017. The system is TERRIBLE. Everyone who wanted to book the venue in June 2018 was calling at the same time. I called right when they opened and it took me an hour to get through. They don't have call waiting, so you have to keep hanging up and calling again until they answer. By the time I got through, every Saturday and Sunday in June was booked. I picked a random Friday that was still available and that was that.

No meaning to us at first. However, after we set the date up with the venue, realized days later that it was my DH's late grandfather's birthday. We still think that's crazy how that happened but it happened.

Yes, our date does have special meaning to us. My fiance was born January 5th and I was born 5 years later on August 5th. We met in October. So our wedding date in October 5th, 2019

Timing worked out that we’re getting married in June (6 is FH’s favorite number) on the 3rd (3 is my favorite number) in 2018 (6x3=18). I know it’s weird but I’ve always been this way with numbers and I was prett happy with how our wedding “adds up”

That's our wedding date!! Though we went with convenience, it will definiutely be special moving forward!!

Our wedding date falls on our 5 year anniversary weekend. I picked this date because of the significance. From the time he proposed to the wedding date was a total of 16 months, not to soon, but not too far away, and just the perfect amount of time for planning.

Our date is 4/25/20..
April is the month we met, started dating, moved in togther and got in engaged all in different years.

25 because thats the closest date to 4/20 which is our original anniversary+ We are 5 years apart.

2020 because he wants the "perfect vision" of what we are as a couple.

I met him on 8/30 and we are getting married on 8/31. 8/30 is a Friday and I didnt want to get married on a friday

Our wedding date (8/9/19) is the same day my fiancé and I made things official (8/9/12) as boyfriend and girlfriend. We’d been dating for about 6mos and I was growing impatient lol we were in a relationship for over 5yrs before he proposed (9/1/17) and I was impatient then as well lol...I actually broke up with him (not knowing he had been planning things and bought a ring that Spring) and we went on a trip to Paris/London (it was already booked) and he proposed to me while we were on the tour of the Eiffel Tower..The next day I immediately knew our anniversary date would be perfect & he agreed

October 5th is the day he came home for good after 6 years in the Navy. We decided since we waited for so long for that day, we might as well keep waiting. (He waited 6 years, obviously, and I waited about 1.)

8.18.18 is our day. We had our first date 11.18, his birthday is 5.18, so we figured why not make our anniversary on the 18th plus we like the numbers

Yes, my wedding date will have a special meaning because we are getting married on the day we officially became a couple back in 8-9-07. We are high school sweethearts . I can't wait until 8-9-2020 gets here
