I personally can't have my dog at the wedding (sad face here) but I would have loved to if I could . Just wanted to know if any of you ladies have incorporated your pet in wedding or somehow added a little touch of them somewhere pictures welcome

Not ours, sadly. Venue won't allow it (yeah, what do Catholics have against doggies??!!)

My FH & I both are sad that we can't have our pups with us. We're getting married OOT on the beach. We talked about maybe doing photos after the wedding wearing our wedding attire with them just to incorporate them.

I'm going to ask and see if we're allowed to have our dog there. If we can I found some cute dresses in her size so she can be our flower girl, hahaha.

If we do programs I am totally going to list our cat as one of the groomsmen. He won't be at the actual wedding though, because....well he's a cat.

Catherine Renee -- I absolutely love that cake topper. Perfectly playful, but still elegant.

Of course she will join us as she is our everything and furchild.

She will be at the wedding front and center in Maui and present throughout the reception and dinner.

Deb11417, where are you getting married? One of my eloping couples insisted that their greyhound be in the beach wedding. I married them on the Palma Sola Causeway that connects Bradenton and Anna Maria Island. There is also a dog beach in Venice.

Hey, St. Francis was all about animals, hence the Blessing of the Animals at so many churches, usually in Oct.

Almost all the W hotels and the Kimpton hotels are dog friendly. In NJ, I've had dogs at the Olde Mill Inn, The Basking Ridge Country Club, the Park Savoy and the Waterside.

I wanted to have our girl be our ring bearer, but like PPs stated, the Catholic church doesn't allow dogs :-(

My dog is going to be in the wedding. My bridesman is walking her down the aisle. She's pretty laid back so she should be fine for the duration of the ceremony. Our reception is in a covered outdoor area so she's gonna hang out there too. She's hairless so no worry about hair everywhere either.

We had our dog Zoey in our engagement pics. We would have loved to have her in the wedding too but she doesn't do well with crowds and we also live in CA and the wedding was in NJ.

@nancy- Grand Plaza Hotel at St. Pete Beach. It's odd because our hotel, Post Card Inn, is dog friendly but only to 35 pounds. Our beasts are 85 each. Luckily they love being boarded.
