Doing a test run on Lunss

Caryn, on September 23, 2022 at 10:39 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 4

So, I absolutely can't find the dress I want in stores and had decided to go custom. I don't have an unlimited budget (who does?) so I was going to go with Anomalie. Unfortunately, it looks like they are not taking new orders now that they've been bought by David's Bridal. Liberty and Lace is an option, but it looks like they are about $1000 more than Anomalie, which would be a definite stretch.

One of the reasons I'm having trouble is because I want something that has no embellishment or lace (vey modern), so I'm wondering if maybe Lunss is the way to go. I have a black tie wedding to go to in March, so I think I'm going to order a dress in the same type of fabric I want from Lunss and see how it turns out.

Does anyone have any experience with them or know of another company like Anomalie? Thanks!

Check the dresses at Casablanca Bridal. They mention about custom dresses which blend part of one design with part of another design. Maybe you can get the combination of aspects you desire. The flagship store may be able to answer a few questions for you, if you find ideas you like.

There are so many bridal gown companies that have gowns with no lace or embellishment. That look is trending right now. I'm not sure why you think it's going to difficult to find a gown like that.

These brands all have that look:

Jasmine, Jimmie Huang, Allure, Madison James, Paloma Blanco & Mikaella, Moonlight, elly, Madi Lane/Evie Young. I know there are more, but those are just off the top of my head.

I was at the bridal market in August and many companies are showing that look.

Thanks Amy. I had gone to a few stores and couldn't find anything, but looking at some of these designers I have new hope. Moonlight in particular has a few good options. Thanks again!
