Dollar Tree Shepherds Hooks

We made bases out of concrete. They probably don't look as nice as the ones pictured above. We put straws over the part of the hook that goes into the ground (to make the holes to insert the hook into). We mixed concrete, held the hook with straws over the ends in the bowl and poured the concrete into the plastic bowls. Then remove the hook but leave the straws in until the concrete dries. Just an idea...hope I didn't make it too confusing.
