Domain Fraud

I purchased a domain and never received instructions on how to activate. I was indeed charged, now if I want to set it up, it tried to charge again. No history of my purchase. How do I resolve this immediately?

    Dispute the charge with your bank, use the knot its free. See way too many posts about this on here.
