Domain name with wedding wire website

Has anyone else had a problem with the domain they paid for through wedding wire not working?
I’ve tried it a few different times and it’s saying the website was not found.. but the payment has been processed already.

    It’s been over 24hrs since we made and paid for the domain and it’s still not active. I’ve sent 2 separate emails to wedding wire support (one via the website and 1 that was listed in the domain receipt email) but have not yet received a reply.
    I’m having to wait to order my save the date/invitation inserts with the wedding website information until this is resolved and that’s a bummer. Also, my fiancé tried searching the wedding wire website for our names and neither of them showed up.. so now I’m worried about using wedding wire at all for our website.
