I purchased a domain name on October 13th and put the date in the name, since Covid 19 I have had to change my date and now need to change the website name but nothing is letting me since it was purchased. Please help!

I imagine you bought the domain name from a wedding website vendor (theknot, minted, zola)? You could probably reach out to their customer service team and ask them to change it.

You would have to cancel it from whoever you bought it from (whoever is hosting the domain like a GoDaddy) and buy a different domain. I would just use one of theKnot's free sites instead of buying an entire domain! They'll let you cutomize the link

Wedding Wire is refusing to forward my domain name to a new site. I found that their site lacked features I needed, and when I requested to forward it, they said it was not possible even though I know that it is and paid good money for it. All they have to do is reach out to the host EuroDNS and request that this be done. They are refusing to help, not returning my calls, and giving smoke screen answers through email. This is getting ridiculous. I paid for my domain and should be able to use it how I please. I advise you get your domain name from a company that can handle forwarding it if necessary.
