Make sure the bags are greaseproof paper, Robin. If they are just plain brown paper they will get big, nasty grease stains all over them by the time people pick up the favor. Less than appetizing.

EDIT: you will also have to pick them up that morning and assemble these the day of. They go stale very quickly and are meant to be eaten the day they are made. If I remember correctly you are not having eight million guests, so this is definitely do able, just make sure you have the time on that morning to assemble these and get them to the favor table. If that can't happen, your caterer might be willing to pick them up and have someone assemble them, so it's worth asking.
