My FH is keen on the donuts idea too! I'm so happy he helped make a decision 😝 He has been more of the "whatever you want" kind of planner.

We are doing a donut wall! So excited! The donuts will be pretty so I hope people will actually go up and eat them lol

We are doing cups and coozies as favors (super popular in our area) We are also having cotton candy being spun during cocktail hour and it can be placed in a bag which I guess technically could be considered a favor to take home as well.

Thanks you guys. We have decided we will do a board to the side that says Holy Matrimony because we just love it so much it's to cute and our donuts will be on a round table like the second picture. We will also cake and ice cream. 😆

We are doing donuts because we are obsessed. We’re using a local donut shop that uses all kinds of crazy toppings! Super excited!

I love the donut wall idea - the thing I get stuck on is everyone touching all the donuts as they grab the one in front. Wondering how you could make this more sanitary? I work in a hospital where the flu is running rampid, so I am stuck on hygiene today sorry.

It's okay! We have thought about this as well. We're thinking tongs and maybe even gloves set out to the side somewhere saying something about take as many as you want just be thoughtful and use a tong and a glove. 😇

Also I get that maybe some of you are having HUGE wedding and may not know some of your guests being friends of your future FH and all. So I think tongs and gloves would be a nice touch. But me and my FH are going a TINY wedding and will literally all be family we already know and love and maybe 4 mutual friends. So I personally wouldn't care if they touched my donut. 💓 but like I said if it was a huge wedding and I didn't know everyone I'd be way worried about it to!!

Our wall just has one donut on each peg so I don't think touching a donut you aren't taking will be an issue, at least I hope not!

This is kind of the look we are going for except it will be a free standing wall so people aren't reaching over our cake, other food etc

I'm not a fan of donuts - I love cake and cupcakes. But truly, this will be a wow factor for your guests and the holy matrimony sign is just adorable.
