Downsizing

Need to downsize our wedding by almost 100 ppl.
How should i go about information people that i have to uninvite them do to restrictions.
Where is there something i can print out and send them?

    Call them and explain the situation. Due to Covid you have cut down the guestlist and hope to see them when you can.

    I would call them. Sending them something in the mail or texting them is rather impersonal. Also with the mail the way it currently is, who knows how long it could take them to receive.

    Maybe look at the Basic Invite website? They have a few wedding announcement samples for covid-related situations.
