Yes, Regina! The crest strips don't whiten between the teeth and in any crevices you have. This stuff is AMAZING!!! I promise it's better than anything you use that are strips etc. These come with trays that you will customize to fit your teeth, therefore the gel will get in between teeth.

I read that it makes your teeth super sensitive? is this true for the people that've used it? I'm tempted to purchase but I already have incredibly heat/cold sensitive teeth.
