Anyone had or been to a wedding here? looks nice and wondering if there is a pavillion we can hire for a bbq style reception after and hire caterer and bar. Any advice on getting permits etc? I'm lost at the moment

Hi Rachel!!! Welcome to WeddingWire!!! I've not been to a wedding at that park specifically, but from what I can tell, there are some pavilions within park limits. I think hiring a BBQ caterer and bar services would be awesome.
As for permits and such, I would give a call to the local county's parks and rec department to see who deals with marriage permits in the county. Some beaches might not require one, but I think the majority of them do, and they can cost anywhere from, like, $40 to hundreds more.
