My engagement ring

Hi Ladies!

I saw a post on another forum about Dream Rings vs. Reality Rings. Did any of you ladies actually get the ring of your dreams if you did please share if you did not please share. I see so many different designs I don't even know what my dream ring would be. There are a lot that I like but none that I am just obsessed with. I do love my pear halo, but I wouldn't say it is my dream ring.

I definitely got my dream ring! All I did was tell him princess or cushion cut and vintage style. It’s Tacori so it’s got a pretty scroll design on the sides. He went by himself first, picked out the ring, then brought my bff (and now MOH) to get her opinion and help pick out the stone. He did such an amazing job!! I get it cleaned all the time because I just love looking at it sparkle

Omg that picture looks weird, it’s right after we got engaged (hiked to the top of a mountain), family member brought champagne so I was holding the cups hahaha

I originally didn’t get my dream ring. It was cute and unique but not what I would have picked out for myself. One day FH took me to a jewelry store and upgraded my ring a little early for Valentine’s Day. So now I have two rings, one my FH picked out that I can remember our proposal with and one that’s my dream ring. I always envisioned a dainty pear cut halo with a twisted band.

Absolutely ended up with my dream ring, but to be fair I found it ages ago and he asked for the link about a month before he proposed, lol.
