I started with a gown that was sleeveless but it was online only and thought that was too risky. Then I picked a strapless but that was too mouth for the girls. Next I tried on a few dress that had straps but did not give me that wow factor. In between trying on I kept going back to this halter top gown. Halter is something I never do but I just could not say no so the last time I tried it on the tears came and I new it was a yes and I ❤️ it.

At first I wanted straps. Always felt uncomfortable in anything strapless. So much for that, I ended up strapless lol

I don't have any close up pictures of the bodice, but mine is kind of the best of both worlds. It's a sweetheart neckline, but covered by an intricate high neck illusion lace. The dress orginally had lace sleeves (not too poofy considering they were from the 80s) but I had them taken off.

Growing up, I always told myself I only wanted a strapless dress. Since being engaged the last two years, I have absolutely fallen in love with the small straps or off-the-shoulder straps.

Mine has straps and I'm not usually a strap person but I like how mine are.

Most definitely sleeves!!! It was super difficult to find a dress like that.

Did you end up doing that? I’d love to see! Considering the same
