Personally I love a modern spin on a timeless look in a wedding dress. It gives you a feeling of respecting the classic while still having your own look, such as lace on form fitting dresses.

I honestly think the current trends are much more understated and classic in their looks than ever before. I'm down for both. My dress is a mix of the two. Simple in its lines, but trendy in its sheath and high neck.
