The first picture of my dress, is me standing straight up and putting my chest out, I love it looks like that. But as soon as I stand with my normal posture, it all rolls up 😅
I know that I need to get my dressed altered to begin with, the straps are too long. But could this be fixed with alterations?

It looks like it needs a tiny amount of taking in. This is easily fixed.

Once you get the straps shortened and maybe the bodice taken in just a little bit, it should lay flat like the first picture

I agree it might be a fraction big and should be able to be taken in to lie flatter, but it's important to note that when a real human body is in a garment, it's rare it's going to lie completely flat when you begin moving around - which is totally natural, and not something you should worry about!
