Dress from the site Hebeos?

I've been wondering about them as well. I keep seeing ads on Facebook pop up.

I've never ordered from there. There are a few sites I've seen mentioned that people have been quite happy with.

I've seen quite a few people speak quite highly of Azazie. They are now carrying wedding dresses that are pretty and budget friendly. Their prices range from $199 - $799. Azazie also does custom measurements.

BHLDN has a variety of options that are under $1000.

I've heard a few good reviews for Cocomelody.

I would check out BHLDN, especially their sale section. They have dresses for under $500 and can be returned.

Not sure what kind of dress you want but I ordered mine from Lulus.com. They have a large selection of simple dresses. You won’t find a ball gown but they do have mermaid, sheath, aline etc. best part is they are 100 percent returnable if you don’t like after trying on. I am very impressed with the quality of their dresses, look very expensive and good quality in person.

Its hit and miss with then I hashtagged them on Instagram a lot of of girls have gotten their dress from them and loved it and others didnt.

Do NOT buy from them. They are disrespectful and have the worst customer service. I just ordered my wedding dress from them and it was way different from the one online. It is in a condition where I cant wear it in public unless I get it fixed because its see through. There is way less stitching in the chest area and you can see the white cups under the mesh. I messaged them about it and they asked for images to prove it. Their response was "Sorry but we cannot find a big problem with the images you sent. We hope you can keep it." I tried telling them its different and fighting it but they were rude and kept saying there is no issues. Its disappointing to get this kind of service and I'll never buy from them again. I am sure their products are good but mine was not and the customer service I received was disheartening. Save yourself the headache and do not buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I purchased a rehearsal dress for my wedding from this site, the day it arrived I pull it out of the bag and honestly thought they sent me the wrong dress. It was not the materials listed in the description, and it was SO SO SO cheaply made. The top was completely see through and all you notice are these huge bra pads LOL So within an hour of trying on the product I emailed them asking for a return. Because in the return FAQs right below the item itself states "If you are not satisfied with the product we have an easy 7 day return policy" (or else I would not have bought it! we went back and fourth for a while fighting this return and sometimes there response was just saying sorry then nothing.. but the one that they sen me that stood out I have screen shot here. The absolute worst customer service and quality of products. So I have made it my mission to keep anyone from buying on this site.

We actually had a very good experience with Hebeos when buying my daughter’s prom dress last year. The dress was made to her exact measurements and fit like a glove. The material was quality material and we had zero issues with any of the workmanship on the dress. I am currently helping my sister look for a wedding dress and I actually plan to look on Hebeos again given the experience we had. Granted we had no problems and needed no additional help with resizing etc., so I cannot speak in regards to customer service. The only negative I recall was in not being emailed the details of exact shipping dates, etc. but, the dress reached us well before the date I gave as the one we needed the dress by.

Yes, do not buy anything from Hebeos! This company actually located in China and they set up a "beautiful" website to induce you to pay. They have ridiculous refund and cancellation policies that mean if you pay you will lose your money! Just like Tina said, you have to wait several weeks for your dress even you pay extra shipping fee because it will be shipped from China! And if you wanna cancel your order, they will only refund shipping fee!

They have beautiful dresses that aren’t found elsewhere but you are better off paying a local seamstress to recreate the design.
