I think a sash would look great with that dress!

A thin bling sash would look nice with that. Too big a sash might clash with the lace. Another idea if you want to up the sparkle, I’ve seen other brides add a layer of sparkle fabric under their skirt overlay.

You could also add rhinestones to your dress. I am doing this on my dress and it is very easy with a hotfix tool. Only thing is you have to meticulously measure out where each stone will go. You could also ask your seamstress if she can do this for you.
