Thank you! It’s the exact designer and everything I wanted and I wanted straps initially but really liked this dress. Now I’m waffling back and forth on whether to add straps or not lol

Thank you! It’s a Justin Alexander dress which I’m really happy with. I’m such a terrible decision maker 🤦🏻♀️ I think I’m leaning towards leaving as is? I don’t know lol

Lol, I understand. I honestly love the dress with the straps and I think it changes the look of the dress completely and makes it look more elegant!! 💕

I think you should leave it too love ❤️
Is there a way to add detachable straps? I think a good seamstress would be able to pull it off without anyone knowing the straps are detachable. Just a thought so you could have the best of both worlds. Either way, the dress is beautiful!
Immediately my gut was like, "NOOOOO STRAPS". It looks more refined and classic without straps to me. Very cool dress. If you feel your neck and shoulders are too bare, you can always add on a necklace or other accessory such as a shawl, et cetera.
However, I think a good add-on would be broad-width straps - if that makes any sense - to match the bordering look on the top half of your dress (should you decide to go with straps!).
I will also add that those off the shoulder straps look stunning but in practice it makes dancing and hugging people really hard because you can’t really raise your arms!! I had off the shoulder (thinner) straps and had them altered so for the reception I could adjust them to being more tank top-style so I could actually dance!
I think of you add straps looking like the inspo pics, it would add more support for your chest and that way you won’t be worried about it possibly shifting down during the big day.
