Yes girl! Do what makes YOU happy. I thought the fuzzy feeling that people talk about was a bit dramatic. It's totally not. You'll know when you find your dress

I think that looks really nice on you! Even if it's not your style..and even with that face. Haha

My mom wanted something with a fuller skirt. I'm 5'2" and pretty round. I felt like they made me look squished.

I fell in love with this beauty from Maggie Sottero, her name is Trinity. This was a sample size that was way way way too small, sorry it looks weird lol. Waiting on mine to come in 😍

View Quoted Comment At first I was really disheartened that it didn't fit! But it would've been too hard to let out as it needed a good 8 more inches and I won't lose that much weight. The next round of dresses had THE dress. I am going to have the sleeves shortened (second photo). I am still unsure if I'm going to leave the scalloped sides of the neckline. She's a discontinued Bonny gown named Unforgettable! And I bought her on a crazy sale. $300.

Ha! Ha! This was so " Old Lady." Not flattering. Did have a detachable skirt. I went to only one salon one day and found my gown amongst many horrible choices. Lol! Enjoy!! 👰

Pictures 1, 2, and 5 are at Kleinfeld. 3 & 4 are at Vera Wang. The one I ended up getting was at Vera Wang...it's not on this thread though, lol. I really liked numbers 2 and 5, but they were too traditional for me.
