I have a lot of time until the wedding but I went dress shopping just to humor my friends. I thought I had an idea of what I wanted and the two I liked were so far from it. We are getting married in Iceland so I always looked at long sleeves but there weren’t many at the shop. Oh well here they are. One is beautiful and uncomfortable and the other is also beautiful but way more comfy. Figures. I will keep these in mind but the journey continues!

Both of those dresses are beautiful, the first one is just wow! Are you getting married outside? If the temps are low when you get married, you could always wear some type of cape, shawl, cloak, and or fur stole. Good luck shopping, you have time explore the options and really find "the dress".

That always seems to happen when trying on dresses! You have one style in mind, but fall in love with another.

They're both so beautiful. I personally like the first one, but you can't go wrong with either one. Comes down to what look and feel you're going for. I think they're both perfect for an Icelandic wedding.

I will say that you definitely want to have some comfort unless you only plan on wearing a dress for like an hour. I think the first one is nice but the second one looks so beautiful and I feel like for Iceland even if you add some sleeves to it or get a coat it will be amazing. I bought the second one.
