Very silly question but is anyone not wearing a bra with their wedding dress?
My dress has spaghetti straps and is open back.
I have had experience with many strapless bras, sticky cup strapless bras, front hook bras all kinds I just don’t like them😅I’m a 34c I’m not huge but not small. what did everyone else do?

34DDD here and I went braless in my strapless gown. It didn’t bother me once all night.

I did not wear a bra. I had my seamstress sew in cups and they worked very well for me.

32M (natural) here and not wearing a bra. Seamstress is fitting my dress so I don't need a bra.

I'm not wearing a bra, but mine has cups sewn in and a 'bra band' as well for added support!

30H and I didn't wear a bra. Seamstress built extra boning and a custom built-in bra of sorts into the stress itself. My gown was strapless

    I'm using boob tape!

I'm 32D (so 34C equivalent), and feel like a couple strips of tape give me a little shape and lift to feel more comfortable, and they work well with my wedding dress (illusion lace, low front, low back) and reception dress (silk spaghetti strap slip dress). It took a little experimenting but I feel so much more confident going braless with just a little tape for support and shape. Plus I feel like my boobs are very proportional to me and didn't want a support option that was going to add a lot of volume, so the tape works really well. Having cups sewn in as a great option if your dress has the structure to support that - it wouldn't have worked with my slip dress, which is designed to fit a little looser.

I was SUPER skeptical that tape would do anything because I felt like I wouldn't be able to tape high enough up on my chest to get any support without having the tape show, since its pretty much a cami style v-neck top. But I taped myself for my ceremony dress (which has thicker straps) then trimmed the tape about an inch for my reception dress and was surprised it still did something. So if you don't have very large breasts and aren't looking for sports bra level support, I think the tape technique can still work well even for slightly lower cut spaghetti strap options.

No bra here. Both of my dresses had boning and cups enough that I didn’t need anything (and one of my dresses had an illusion back, so no ability to make it hidden.

Another vote for no bra. The back of my dress is too low to wear one, and the straps are likely too thin. I'm a larger lady (32DD-F) so I'm not fully convinced, despite the cups in the dress and my seamstress shortening the straps. I'm not sure if I'll still want something to push them together more, haha!

I'm not wearing one either. I had cups sewn into my dress for support.

I am having the cups sewn in to the gown so I don’t have to wear a bra as well.

One of my goals was to not need a bra haha. I’m small chested, & my dress has cups. I may wear nipple covers though—I’ve been wearing them to my fittings to feel a little less awkward, as they’ve had to do a lot of bodice work, & I may wear to the wedding just in case.

Mine has sewn in cups, and it has a high neck so it is a little more forgiving and supportive.

I had push-up cups sown into my dress so I didn’t need a bra but still had the support and lift!
