dresslilyme.com?? Scam or legit?

I've never heard of them. But if there's red flags that have you questioning it, I think that's enough reason to not order from them.

I'm on a local bride Facebook page and many of the girls on there have ordered dresses from overseas. They seem to really like it a lot. One girl posted her dress from dressilyme and I thought it was really pretty.

I ordered something from them at the beginning of September and still haven't received it. They do ship from China so I expected it to take a while, but the 25 business day max that they gave me in my shipping confirmation email has long since passed so I've given up hope. I filled out their online form twice to open a ticket to report the issue, and never heard back. To me that equals scam. I'm going to have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Hopefully there won't be an issue.

@mrs1780 - that's kind of how I'm leaning! I guess I was just hoping I was being paranoid haha. My mom isn't big on dressing up, so I was excited she had found something she liked! We'll keep looking.

@Cakesniffer always use PayPal when ordering stuff overseas

@Adoretamm Is that safer than credit card? I've never had a problem disputing a charge on my card, even though it takes a bit of time to process. Is the Paypal dispute process easier?

Kristina, do you have photos of the dresses she liked? Maybe we could help you find similar outfits elsewhere on the internet! It does sound like a sketchy website.

Bear in mind that if you pay $200 for a copy of a $3500 dress - you're gonna get what you paid for.

Those are very pretty! The way they gather above the waist is very flattering. Have you looked at Azazie? I've heard good things about them on the forum. These ones are similar:

They are using Victoria's Secret model's photos. I'm pretty sure that is copyright infringement and not a legitimatize way to conduct business.

I also ordered something from there and it's been three months and still haven't received anything.

My cousin ordered from them and never received the products! I wouldn't do it... SCAM!

I'm glad you're not gonna do it! I don't think it would've ended well. Just as a PSA, this site has a list of known counterfeit online retailers:

http://www.knockoffnightmares.com/known-knockoff-sites/. Another measure you can take is to google image search the dress images and see where they originated from. These counterfeiters tend to steal the images of the designer's site and reuse them for their crappy knockoffs.
