Dried flowers - opinions?

Hi everyone!

Thinking about using some dried flowers (mixed with some greenery and some fresh flowers) for my reception, which is here: https://mansionsonfifth.com/

Do you think dried flowers would look okay with the venue? Here are the dried flowers I was looking at: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1378321829288119/?referralSurface=messenger_lightspeed_banner&referralCode=messenger_banner

Colors are dark jewel tones and metallic gold, and we're going for a vintage vibe. Wedding is next October!

I don't think florals/dress/whatever need to really go with the venue, but as it happens I think those dried flowers would match really well! Sort of... potpourri-like!

I LOVE dried florals! I have them in almost every room I my house! I think they are awesome and can be done so beautifully. At the end too they will last and can either be sweet memories for you or great gifts

I like ideas of fresh flower alternatives. Real flowers are insanely expensive right now and what happens to then post wedding? They mostly go to waste.

Dried flowers are likely to be in vogue for weddings next year to save on costs due to shortages on flowers, or so I’ve read. It’s partially why it’s becoming expensive. I think it would be really smart for both the vintage look you want to achieve, financially, & is eco-friendly! Keeping flowers alive requires a lot of watering, so there’s that. I’m sure it’ll look stunning with your choice of venue!
