I didn't change my name. I kept mine so we used one using first names. Our's was #darrenfoundthefairest

It was difficult to decide at first, but I've settled on my last name being Luke Ruiz-Colon. I know it's a LOT but it's important for me to keep my name and take his entire last name when we get married. I'll earn my doctorate five months after our wedding. My maiden name (support of family) got me there AND it was the added support of my FH that helped carry me through!

Professionally, I would likely go by my maiden name alone, Luke. It's just easier for my patients.
