Dying Tulle...

I believe tulle isn't a natural fiber so its not going to absorb the dye as well as cotton would. you can try letting it soak for 24 hours / over night but it might be worth your while to just buy some already that color.

You either need Dylon, or just buy coloured Tulle.

Dylon is made to dye synthetics. Remember when working with anything with a purple dye base that you will need a stabiliser.

Honestly, it would be way easier to order tulle in the color you want.

A friend tried to dye some for a recent dance at the school. It didn't work. tulle is typically a synthetic material, and doesn't take on color well. if you can, purchase it in the color you need.
