Depending on where in Texas it can be in or outdoors in December. I live in Texas and everyone wears shorts in December since it’s not cold. Just make sure to let your guest know. My cousin had an outdoor wedding in February in California and no one knew it was an outdoor wedding until we got there and I was the maid of honor. It was so cold and we all stood around the heat lamp all night

My sister had a December 1st wedding in 2019, and it was beautiful! Go for what you want girl, it’s TX it won’t be too cold!!
