We just booked our honeymoon!! We are going on a Carnival cruise out of Miami. Neither of us have ever been on a cruise so we have no clue what dining time we should choose. Any frequent cruisers wanna share any advice?

I always do the late. We have a snack at the pool at like 4-5 then have time to shower and get ready for the late meal

Later seating, no contest. You don't want to rush back from the port for travel, shower, dress etc. for dinner.

When FH and I went on a cruise we chose "anytime dining" we got to eat whenever we wanted and never had to wait except on the last night when the ship was not on an island and only at sea. We waited for 15 minutes before we got a table, wasn't too bad of a wait. I would probably keep choosing anytime dining for future cruises

I like to eat early (I'm always starving by 4pm) so we chose the early time. It's really your preference though

We have done late option on the cruises we've been on. Sometimes we weren't hungry at 8pm either so we would get to-go boxes and keep stuff in the mini fridge. Depends on your day like other people have said!

Always MY TIME, especially if it's just the two of you.

Thank yall so much!! Definitely going for late or any time. I'll ask my fiance and see what he thinks. Does anybody think the faster to the fun pass is worth the money... I feel like it's a gimmick to get more money

The only thing I will say is if you choose your time do the earlier time and not the 8pm. Lots of shows/activities are going on around 8

Briella, it basically gives you priority boarding and tendering . You also don't have to wait in line at customer service desk if you have any questions . It it 59.95 I think and we were the first people on the boat. It was awesome .

You will LOVE the Grand Turk! We were just there in October.. 2 days after FH proposed. We did the Early dining so that we could enjoy the shows and movies afterward. The dining time is only for the dining room so if you don't plan on going much, either would be fine. We did every night in there... and was late a time or two but it wasn't a big deal to the wait staff. They got us caught up. If you have excursions booked that go through close to the early dining or plan on being back on the boat later, the late time or my dining time.

It's just up to you and your fiancé really.

We did faster to fun on our last cruise! So worth it!!! We would do it again in a heartbeat!! I knew it paid for itself when we arrived at port for embarkation and could pass the line that was wrapped around the building to go through security.
