I would honestly say yes. 4 years is a long time and no vendors are going to book out that far in advance (and you wouldn’t want them to either since there is a risk they may go out of business in such a long span of time). Budgeting may also be challenging because you will very likely see a price increase from now to then. You can totally start browsing Pinterest for ideas, keeping in mind your tastes may also change in that time frame, as well as come up with a savings plan on how much you think you want to put away every month for wedding expenses.

Yes it's too early. No one is going to be booking that far in advance. I would just enjoy being engaged until the time gets closer to actually be able to start planning.

Thank you for commenting! I thought by planning early that it would have been better??? But I'm glad not to plan too early! Thank you again!

Thank you for commenting! I just thought that by planning early it would have been better?? But I'm glad that in case things aren't as they seem in the future that it isn't stressful! I will browse through and look for ideas though! Thank you!

You can plan and get ideas now. Probably won't be able to book any vendors until 2025.

Now if you are looking for places that might be best value by ****, you may be ahead of things when it comes time to book.

I agree with everyone else. It's fine to look at ideas and have discussions with your future spouse about what you each do and do not want, and saving money can never start too early.

But not only will you not be able to book any vendors yet, you shouldn't lock yourself into any decisions this far out anyway. Your tastes, budget, needs, and whole life might change many times in the next 4.5 years.

It's never too early to get your ideas in order. Budget. Colors where you want to be married. Chruch park etc. Maybe if you are doing a theme right now it will be a whole lot of brainstorming and vision boards. Good luck.
