EMBOSSING SHOES??

Just wondering if anyone has ever tried to use the scrapbook embossing powder on shoes? I want to give my shoes a little more sparkle but must admit I am a little chicken, I don't wanna ruin them!!

I've used embossing powder many times for cardmaking, but I have no experience with it on non-paper surfaces. If you have the powder and embossing tool already, you could always try on a cheap pair of shoes with a similar fabric surface and see how they come out.

I wouldnt' do that. I've never tried it on fabric but I've embossed several paper items. The embossing tool will probably deform the shape of your shoes. There are several videos on how to glitter shoes:
