lolabug, on September 21, 2018 at 10:41 PM Posted in Parties and Events 0 5
I need ideas and tips for a St. Patrick’s Day themed engagement party. St. Patrick’s Day is my fiancé‘s favorite holiday and I want to plan the party around that

Lots of 4 leaf clovers for luck.
Gosh the decorations are endless. I'd shop amazon for different items like a pot of gold. Pinterest of course.
Glitter paint (gold) clear wine bottles place with chalk board labels on the bottles showing your wedding date and insert bottle lights to add a glow through the glitter paint.

Well decide if you want to go like cheesy typical st.patricks day or more sophisticated lol! If you want to go more cheesy have the necklaces and beads and such. Also no matter what you’ll need all the green beer and corned beef and cabbage!

I’m thinking classy and the beer Part has me stressed the most since his family is full of drinkers and I can’t afford how they drink

You could do a drink ticket. Then after that they could buy their own beer. Maybe have the party at a location where you can bring in your own kegs?

There are tons tons of cute classy ideas out there if you don’t want to do cheesy St Patrick’s day. https://www.organizedmom.net/10-ideas-st-patricks-decor-isnt-tacky/
Love the idea! Share pictures after!

How fun! I'm born on St Patrick's Day, it's always fun to celebrate! I'd for sure offer Irish food, there are a ton of options. Then make sure to have Irish drinks & music!
