Engagement Photo Anxiety

I say wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and makes you feel yourself.... black clothes always makes one look slimmer.. but it also depends on what type of vibe you want on your pictures!! In terms of poses our photographer gave us a lot of direction. Just be yourself.. at the end of the day, you’re beautiful just the way you are and your FH knows it so go take this pictures with lots of confidence girl 🥰🥰

I agree, just wear something that you feel comfortable and confident in! If you wear something you don’t love just bc you think it’s slimming you probably won’t love your pictures as much.

I felt the same way! I hate getting my picture taken.
We had our session on Saturday and it was really fun! I was shocked.

I just focused on my fiancee instead of the camera and kind of got lost in the moment.

I haven't seen any of the pictures yet, but hopefully there will be some nice ones.

I wore a sundress and sandals then changed into a long skirt(black with spanx underneath) a black top and heels for a dressier look.

My advice is just trust your photographer and have fun! I figured at the very least it would be a good warm up for all the wedding pictures. I promised myself to be more fit by the wedding, since I fell short for the engagement photos.

Fingers crossed for you! It will be much better than your nerves are telling you.

We did our pictures today and it was a lot of fun. A lot less stressful than I thought it was going to be. I didn't think I would be but I'm actually really excited to see how they turned out!
