Engagement Photo Attire

I was saying I wear burgundy for the engagement photos, not for the wedding.

I think it's fine to wear the same colors for your engagement shoot that you're having in the wedding! We're wearing red, white, and black and aren't matching any of our wedding colors (pink, navy, rose gold, gold, and silver), but that's because I found a jumpsuit I wanted to wear for the engagement shoot that was red. I, initially, wanted to wear pink, but the jumpsuit made me change colors!

I think it will be just fine.

I don't think that will look too matchy, it'll probably look really cute that you'll be wearing your wedding colors in the photo!

Did you decide what you and your FS will wear for the engagement photos, Brandi?

I found a black floral dress that would go with everything. We are also going to change our outfits into something for semi-casual to look more like ourselves. So for that, a white semi-formal top and dark jean capris and I have some bling sandals.

I like the idea of having two outfits. Something more formal and then your sem-casual, everyday, real-life you When is the shoot scheduled for?

I am waiting for my photographer to email me back. We had it scheduled for last week, but my fiance ended up having to work.
