My fiance and I had engagement photos taken on June 10th with a photographer (not our wedding photog, she is in a different state). In the contract is said we would have 4 "sneak peak photos" within 3 days of the session and our full photo album 10 days after. The photographer even mentioned/confirmed this timeline during our session.
I received the sneak peak photos a week after the session, after I had asked about them. We haven't received the full album yet, and I sent her a polite message inquiring about them 3 days ago, but I haven't heard back. We talk via facebook messenger and I can see that she's seen the message and is active/posting on facebook/ instagram.
Question, does 10 days after typically mean business days? Would you address further, and at what point?
