If that's the style you love then go for it. Up till the past few years, it was common for nearly every wedding invite set to include a copy of an engagement photo for the guests to keep. So this seems to be a variation of that in a more casual way.

    I did it! lol
I know a lot of people on her will say it’s tacky. But I personally LOVE how it looks!

I say go for it, if it's what you like! What other people think doesn't matter, it only matters if you and your fiance love it, since they're your invitations.

I’m personally not a fan; I think it’s more of a save-the-date thing. It’s less formal to have your pics on the actual invites, but if that’s what you like, go for it!

Just hearing it is a bit weird because I feel it'd more of a save the date kind of thing. After seeing it, I think it looks fine. If it's the style you really want, you should do it.

We used them for our save the dates instead of invitations. But if that's what you two like then go for it!

I plan on doing them for the Save-the-Dates also! I’m getting engagement photos done this fall, winter, and spring! So, I plan on using my fall photos for the save-the-dates, and my spring photos for the wedding invitations?

That's exciting! We didn't use photos for either. I wish you fun on your sessions. I'm sure they'll come out great and so will your save the dates and invites!

I think engagement photos are more for save the dates than for wedding invitations, but that's just me. Not sure why you are getting engagement photos three different times.

Because my wedding photographer offers two engagement sessions if you want photos in different seasons. Also, I won a free photo slot with another photographer. That’s why. 🤗

I personally like engagement photos on save the dates, the wedding website, printed & framed, on Christmas cards, etc., but I prefer more traditional stationery when it comes to the actual invitation.

You're certainly free to do whatever you think looks great though!
