Engagement photos!

That would be such a cute idea ! We did our engagement photos in a pop up food themed museum! We just wanted some quirky and colorful photos

We took ours at our favorite winery and also at a wooded area with a beach. We both love hiking in forests and also going to the beach, so the location we had that combined the two was perfect. I like your idea of going back to where your first date was!

We live in Las Vegas. We were planning on doing ours at Lake Las Vegas which is where we had one of our "getting to know each other" dates. We're debating between that place and an area that our photographer found near the mountains that actually has a lot of green which is nice. We don't get to see that much lol.

We just had ours today. We took them at our venue. It looks completely different in the summer (we’re having a winter wedding) and I wanted to capture that. It’s very special to us, as soon as we walked in we knew it’s where we wanted to have our wedding.

We always wanted to watch a sunset together so we decided on a beautiful location during sunset and I absolutely love our pictures. Here are some of them ❤️

My fiancé and I did the same thing. We met online and had our first in-person date (really a whirlwind weekend “baecation” LOL!) in New Orleans). We took our engagement pictures there!

Hi Lady! That’s such a sweet idea! Of course we wanted to have our taken in a place that is special to us...so we opted for downtown in our city where we lived in our first apartment together, which is coincidentally the heart of where we met for our first date. We had photos taken in front of our old apartment, in/around the Central Market alleyway, which connected to Market Street where our apartment was located and from the rooftop of a nearby parking garage to get the sunset as well...our photographer is good with doing double-exposures (or more so layering) so she did some really neat layering with our apartment building and some of the architecture from nearby buildings.

Working in a photography studio, I wanted someone who could do some creative things like the layering and framing of objects in the foreground, as much as I liked her sense of color in both pre & post production and balance of blacks & whites. She also has a good sensibility with light and is really good at composing, and catching natural moments versus posing.

We are doing ours at a park nearby that has a castle in it. We’ve been there hiking together before and really liked it, plus the castle structures make for gorgeous photos.

We did our first half at a photo studio called Wall Crawl and the second at a riverside park with the sunset.
