Engagement Pictures, worried

I am getting a little anxious! My fiancé and I had our engagement pictures taken on May 8. A week after, I texted the photographer asking when we will recieve the pictures, she said by the "end of the week". The end of the week, ended Sunday May 23. I text her Monday morning May 24, and ask very kindy when I will recieve the pictures since she said end of the week and I have recieved nothing. I have not recieved any text back. I know it has only been a day, but I would appreciate an update. She stated when we took our engagement pictures we have priority because our wedding is in about 2 months. So overall now it has been over 2 weeks and no pictures. I wanted to know when I should reach out again for an update?

    Are you using the pictures for invites or something? Maybe if she truly is too busy to get to all of them you could just ask for a certain number of them (like 5-10) and explain why you need them asap?

    I know that doesnt help your frustration of her not fulfilling her promises, which is absolutely an issue, but it might help the current situation? I read somewhere that 3 business days is a standard time to wait for a reply from businesses ( a looonnnggg time ago and I couldn't tell you where I heard it) so I try to wait that long between sending things to not seem too pushy, but I don't think there is a hard and fast rule. especially if you really need something right away.

    I am using the pictures for other things, and thank you!! I think I will wait until Thursday to send her another text then. To be honest, all I want is an update! I hate asking, but I also hate someone not fulfiling what they said!

    Hi Karla! On Monday her last update was by the end of this week, so I would wait until Friday to follow up again!!
