Engagement Shoot Location Ideas Norfolk?

When are you scheduled your engagement shoot for? Are you hoping to take them all in one location or are you hoping to get some different backgrounds?

I did a quick search online for ‘Photo Locations Norfolk’ and there were a lot of suggestions! It must be a very photogenic area!!

The Plot seems to be a really fun spot with lots of colorful street art which would make a really interesting and fun backdrop to your photos.

If you want a softer, more romantic setting you could check out the Norfolk Botanical Gardens, Oak Grove Lake Park or Lake Smith/Lake Lawson Natural Area.

There are so many different options in the area that you should maybe think about what style you want your engagement photos to have. Your photographer will also be a great resource for location suggestions, especially if they are from the area.

Botanical Gardens is in Norfolk, there are spots down town, even down at the waterside district. There are also a ton of places in Virginia beach.

We had ours done at Brock environmental center. We also had a set done earlier before engagement at the 64th street beach which is in First Landing. These are both in Va Beach. Norfolk beaches are nice, I’ve seen lots of people just wander around downtown - there are some really cool neighborhoods down there (waterfront district, Ghent). You could also do Mt Trashmore our photog did a shoot there with someone
