Maybe see if you can get some custom coloring pages on Etsy and give them some crayons

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it. Parents usually make sure to bring a toy/ipad/phone to keep kids entertained. Plus, kids tend to love dancing on the dance floor and such.

We’ll have three bridal party kids at the wedding and I ordered thank you crayons from Etsy and each & bought coloring/activity sheets. I think they’ll be entertained with dancing tho!

We made a cute wedding activity book and got some crayons. We also got them some bubbles plus all four kids that will be there love to dance so once the dance floor opens they'll be plenty occupied.

A lego table! Depending on age.. my sons thought this was the coolest thing at a wedding we went to.

I went to a wedding where they had a activity bag for each child. Inside they had a pack of crayons, custom coloring pages, fidget toys, and glow sticks. The kids had a blast and were entertained the whole evening!

We plan on doing the same thing since it worked so well at their wedding.

You can get little entertainment kits for kids for this exact reason. I bought some off of amazon. They came with crayons and wedding themed coloring pages, a search game and a few other odds and ends.

We bought some coloring books from oriental trading co! they are rather inexpensive

We had custom coloring books made with crayons shaped like rings along with ISpy handouts for pictures with our hashtags. We also got some cute "love bug" baggies shaped like jars that hold gummy worms for their favors. We are going to set up a kids only table for them to use after speeches/dinner. We got all of these from Etsy!

In my experience, kids know how to entertain themselves. Either socializing with other kids or on the dance floor.

Hi ! We only had 3 kids at the wedding - those of 4 and 7 were running around and playing, and the 11 yo one had some games and a "photo challenge".

For little ones I made table sets and a coloring book with images like these :
