Have you tried to pinterest it? Looks like two old doors with a some sort of frame, Picture doesn't let me click on it.

Maybe you can try renting one? A lot of party/wedding rental shops have rustic items, and I've seem multiple ideas like this online that you can rent.

You could always ask the venue if they (pretty please with sugar on top) wouldn't mind passing a message along to the couple who used the arch that day, since there's a sign with the exact wedding date on the left. They either made it, borrowed it, or rented it and they might give you a good lead.

It’s gorgeous and honestly I’ve got doors like that in my barn, but not the frame and they’ve been stacked there for decades and I certainly don’t have time to pull them out and fix them up, but if I ever do, I’ll totally rent them out for events.

Are you in San Diego County by any chance? My original rental company has something like this for rental.
