None of the mobile WW sites work, and even if you load as Desktop client it hangs.

Happening to my site as well. Since this guy posted on October 3rd and it's still an issue I guess this not going to be an easy fix.

They had me clear the cache in my phone and it worked. Maybe this is a new issue.

The issue is that when you use custom domain, the redirect that happens to WeddingWire is intercepted by WeddingWire and is sent to https://m.weddingwire.com, on this mobile domain none of the wedding websites seem to exist.

Same here. It works fine on a desktop but my guests get an error trying to get to the website from mobile.

Hi Heather! This should be fixed now! Just clear your browsing data on your mobile device and use the native browser app for your phone (Safari for iphones, Chrome for Android) then you should be all set!

Hi Heather! I just tried doing the exact same thing on two different browsers (firefox and Chrome) - and had no problem viewing your wedding website! Please clear your browsing history, cache, and cookies and then try again and reach out to our support team (support@weddingwire.com) if you're still experiencing the issue!

Hi! Having problems with my website as well! I had been working fine for the last couple mo the then this last week the links from the prop left corner drop down won’t pull up. It’s blank for a while then says it’s not a working like. I have tried from my phone, tablet, and desktop. I’m getting a lot of messages from my guest trying to book a room with the resort and to RSVP but can’t! Please help me!

I am having issues as well! Many have have done their RSVP with no problem, then all of a sudden nobody can view my website!! I have less than 30 days to my wedding and this is not something I need right now! I have messaged support with no answer yet! With such a popular app that is used, you would never think of this to happen! EVER! I need this fixed ASAP, what can I do?
