Escort card/place card template

I just bought the little printable cards at michael's. they are simple, just white with a silver border. Good enough for me though!

My wine themed escort cards. I just used word.

Do you have the word template? Did you just use a paper cutter and cut them? I'm struggling to find a template. Would you mind sharing

I will look to see if I have it. I think all I did was download the business card template from Avery. (They have free templates) And found the picture of the grapes in a circle and put that on the background and then added text to each box. I just printed on card stock paper and stapled 3 sheets at a time together and cut them out.

Is there a certain picture our design you are looking to have on it?
