Escort cards. They can be changed and switched around easily for any last minute additions or subtractions and I think it's easier than having everyone stand in front of one sign looking for their name.

We did a seating chart but I would have preferred escort cards. I just didn't want to hand write 118 cards because my handwriting is terrible and paying for someone to write them felt silly (and we didn't have a printer at the time).
