I keep going back and forth between assigned seating and doing escort cards vs. letting everyone pick their own seats since it will be a small wedding.

Neither, we will have some tables reserved for immediate family but after that it is seat yourself. Much more relaxed!

We’re doing both, a seating chart as well as escort cards. We have a lot of guests that know us but nobody else, so the escort cards will be like their name tags in a way.

Seating chart display, Why waste money on seating cards that will get tossed. My thought process throughout the planning process has been " can we reuse this again" "could we put this in our house after". if it does have a purpose beyond wedding day and can run up costs its not happening. Escort cards, programs, and menu cards are on that list.
