Hi ladies! I was wondering if any of you had experience with ordering escort card templates online & having them professionally printed? I found a design I love on Etsy, but it is only the digital download – she does not actually make the physical cards. So I would have to download the template and have them printed out. We want to do the tent cards (the ones that fold in half & stand up on their own) but I cannot find anywhere to print them! Everywhere I’ve looked online just says they do invitations, RSVP cards, and irregular escort/place cards (just the flat ones, not the tent design) Help!!!

Do you have any local independent print shops? Or do you know anyone with a nice printer that you could buy the paper and print them yourself?

I would just print them your self om heavy weight card stock and fold them in to the tent shape and put a little dab of glue between the two bottom edges.

I wasn’t sure if printing them at home would warrant professional results. Maybe I will order some tent card stock and give it a try. If not, I actually ended up finding an old discussion here on WW about having tent cards professionally printed. Apparently you can go into FedEx locations and have this done, you just can’t do it online. Someone else also suggested Avery printing. So I will look into those options as well. If anyone else has any further suggestions, please let me know!

Thank you! I checked out all the obvious suspects online & none of them had anything about tent cards. However, I have since found out that most of them do not offer the service online, but you can visit their stores in person and they will do these services!

I think Prints of Love does this, but I've never actually used them before. Was researching this same topic but for a different kind of tag!

I bought some Avery tent cards and used one of their free templates. They came out well on our home printer.

I printed mine at work. I used an Avery template and bought the tent cards on Amazon. I made the font how I wanted it to look on Word. Then this might be extra, but to add a bit more to it I bought some stick on jewels and put 2 small ones in opposite corners of each card. I think they look pretty good.

We're planning to use Catprint for our invitations. I don't know which sizes they normally carry, but I know they have some folded ones and can do custom orders.

Maybe try zazzle! They have a lot of different options for types of cards/prints and you can upload your own design onto any of them.

Minted.com has tented escort cards! I'm having ours done through there-- its the same site we did your invitations on too!

Thanks Nicole! Do you know if they allow you to upload your own template to print? That seems to be where I am running into problems. There are tons of sites that have tented escort cars, but they don’t allow you to upload your own template 😕

Not quite an escort card but pretty similar is a folded business card:

I also second using Catprint - they can do custom quotes for anything that's not on their site. I've used them for printing special folded items and foil invites, STDs, etc.
